Players must be at least 18 years old to play. Splitting packages with other players is not allowed. Each player must have a valid receipt. It is the players responsibility to play the correct color and play all specials purchased. There will be no exchanges or refunds for unused paper. You must have a bingo on the last number called. Number on the monitor does not count until it is called. It is the players responsibility to yell bingo loudly in order to stop the caller. If the caller does not hear you yell bingo, your bingo is invalid and you will not be paid. Once the caller closes the game, no other bingo’s will be honored. Taking bingo paper out of the facility is strictly prohibited. Kootenai Casino is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to modify the program without notice. In case of inclement weather, Kootenai Casino reserves the right to modify the program. All management decisions are final.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

If you want to play GRFN Live bingo, you must have a player’s club card.

If you do not have a card, please visit: https://www.grfnbingo.com/page/modules/members/sign-up.php.

You will then receive an email with your players card number, login code, and password .

HOW DO I LOGIN?

1. To log-in go to https://www.grfnbingo.com/
2. Type in your log-in code and password (they are the same unless you changed your password).
3. Your login account and password are on your players card which is right under your name. It can be a combination of Capital letters and numbers for example “RANK8”. USE CAPITAL LETTERS DURING LOG-IN
4. Once you log-in your bingo cards will pop up, VOILA – you are ready to play Live Bingo
5. The bingo screen will have no sound, so click on lower left-hand side of your bingo screen to “UNMUTE”. You can also check your volume on your computer/laptop/cell phone.

WHEN CAN I PURCHASE LIVE BINGO CARDS?

You can purchase cards anytime of the day, but we do not accept EMTs after 6:00 PM.

If you miss the 6:00 PM, finance will not accept your EMT.

Please keep in mind, employees rest days are on Saturday and Sunday, so they (finance) do not accept your EMT as soon as you send it. If finance has all the correct information (players card, password bingo123), you will receive your cards.

HOW DO I PURCHASE LIVE BINGO CARDS?

You can purchase your Live Bingo Cards by:

• If you Login and go to the Live bingo page you can Request Cards there if you don’t have any for that session. Make sure you send your EMT with it.
• EMT funds from your checking or savings bank account AND INDICATE YOUR PLAYERS CARD CARD NUMBER and what you want i.e. 2 Bundles and 3 minis. You must insert players card number in the “Comments” section of your EMT. Send the funds to ebingo@grfnbingo.com
• The question can be: What is the password? Or anything you want.
• The password for your EMT is bingo123
• With the email transfer, please send your player’s card (4 digits)
• After finance accepts your EMT, your cards are added to your players card for the Live Bingo session. This may take a few minutes, a few hours, or a few days if you send EMT for Live Bingo session, with the correct information.
• All cards are removed after each Session.
• If you add in the Comment/Message Section of your EMT indicating that you want your Live Bingo cards printed, We will print your cards for you to be able to pick them up. The EMT must be done before 3pm and the bingo cards will be available for pick up at 4pm.

HOW DO I CALL IN MY BINGO?

1. Once your number IS CALLED, use the chat feature to indicate the next number is a BINGO.
2. In the chat after you call Bingo Include your Players Card Number and the card you won on i.e. “35 1265”.
3. Your player’s club card number is at the top of screen, above your cards.

HOW IS THE Live BINGO SET-UP?

1. After you log-in to GRFN Bingo Login, Click on Live Bingo at the top of the screen.
2. There are now 4 video cameras set-up in front of the caller’s stand so you can see the bingo board and caller, all the bingo balls and see the bingo number on a small TV screen.
3. There is a chat feature (go to bottom of your screen, past your bingo cards). The Chat feature is needed to play. If you do not see this call before the start of bingo to get a refund.
4. You can use the Chat feature to indicate that you are going to BINGO on the next number that appears on the TV.

WHAT ARE DIGI BALLS?

• Digi Balls are a Garden River exclusive ball game.
• Each $1 spent you have a chance to get a Digi Ball but for every $5 you spend you are guaranteed a Digi Ball and a chance to get additional Tickets.
• The Payout for Digi Balls are 50/50 of the sales with a chance to win the Progressive Jackpot.

WHAT ARE UPICKEMS?

• UPickems are an addition game coming to live bingo on Jan 11th.
• Each UPickem cost $2.
• What do I get when I purchase a UPickem: You get a 3×3 strip.
• You win by getting a full card.
• The Payout for UPickems are 50/50 of the sales.
• Currently we are only selling random UPickems, Your Personal UPickems are currently in the works to be added at a later date.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

You will receive a EMT to your email linked to your account the same day or the following day if it is a progressive paypout.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

You can get a refund as long as you contact us before the 1st Regular or if our internet goes down.

DO I GET POINTS AND CAN I USE PROMOTIONAL STRIPS?

Every one Bundle you purchase you earn one point that is added to your account.

At this moment we our not redeeming Birthday Strips or Attendance Strips or Point Strips for Live Bingo.

IS THERE TOONIE AND 4BALL FOR LIVE BINGO?

Because of the demand for Toonie and 4ball we have added them for our live bingo.

IS THERE A BREAK?

We will have a 5 min Break before the 2nd Special.

Win River Bingo Calendar

1. YOU MUST BE AN ONTARIO RESIDENT TO PLAY Live BINGO.
2. A bingo is not valid until it is verified.
3. Bingo balls will be verified at the beginning of the bingo session,
4. You will receive your winnings on the following day if you win.
5. You do not have to bingo on the last number called.
6. Please check your bingo cards FOR ERRORS.
7. If your card is flawed for example, if it has a G17, or B16, we can fix the errors.

Note: each bingo card is manually entered into the Bingo system, one number at a time so there might be some mistakes. Please bring this to our attention so that we can correct it before the next bingo.

8. If the bingo card is flawed, we will only validate what is on the bingo machine.
9. The Lag time is a few milliseconds from the Live Bingo
